What exactly is Mirror Work?

Mirror Work is a practice developed by Louise Hay where you use your own reflection as a tool for self-compassion and inner healing. It sounds simple — look at yourself and speak kindly — but most people find it profoundly uncomfortable at first. That discomfort is exactly where the growth is.

Do I need experience with meditation or mindfulness?

No prior experience required. These sessions are designed to be accessible. The only thing you need is a willingness to show up. If you're new to mindfulness, this is actually an ideal entry point — it's practical, personal, and immediately applicable to daily life.

What happens in each session?

Each session is 60 minutes on Zoom. Dr. Archana and Dr. Seema guide you through a combination of reflection, guided practice, group sharing (optional), and a take-home practice for the following day. You'll never be forced to share anything you're not ready for.

Can I join if I'm not a FitNova client?

Yes, absolutely. This series is open to anyone. FitNova's mindfulness sessions have always been a standalone offering. You do not need to be on any FitNova health program to attend.

What if I miss a session?

We understand life happens. Recordings will be shared in the WhatsApp group for paid participants. However, the live experience — the group energy, the shared reflection — is what makes this work. We encourage you to protect the 9–10 PM window as much as possible.

Is Session 1 really free? What about the rest?

Yes — Session 1 on June 15 is completely free. No payment, no credit card, nothing. After Session 1, if you choose to continue, Sessions 2–10 are available for ₹399 total. Payment details will be shared in the WhatsApp group after the first session.
